Conceived in the cutting edge bars of Manhattan, Brooklyn and San Francisco, the founders fell in love the idea of focusing on the heritage and authenticity of cocktails from years past while enthusiastically embracing the current creative elevation of cocktails happening in the best restaurants across the country.

Tate’s recalls New York, New Orleans and Havana in the heyday of beautifully crafted cocktails, but updated for relevance to today’s contemporary guest. Whether your taste runs to the dry or sweet, the purist’s classic or an inventive infusion with the latest liqueurs, Tate’s has a cocktail you will love. Normally, the problem is choosing from a selection of over 39 hand crafted cocktails on the menu, plus the special creations the bartender will make for you when the crowd level permits. In addition to a broad variety of classic and signature cocktails, Tate’s features a wine list of 18 affordable but hard-to-find red and white wines as well as 12 craft draft beers and an array of bottled beers, from domestics to exotics. We also present a Captain’s list of fine wines and spirits.

Finally, the bar serves true small plate food, meant to be shared with people you care about.
